Vendor registration is open for 2026!
We are proud to support local farmers and small businesses and would love to learn more about what you create. We welcome vendors who are excited to share their work with a supportive, close knit market. CFM is a food and farm-product only market.
Market Details
Season: June through August
Day and Time: Tuesdays, 3pm to 7pm
Location: The Red Barn @ Tolt-MacDonald Park, Carnation, Washington
Market Size: A welcoming market with strong community attendance and over 2,000+ shoppers on peak days.
2026 Season Information
Market Day Info
- Opening Day: Tuesday June 2, 2026
- Vendor Setup: 1-3pm
- Market Hours: 3-7pm
- Vendor Type: Food and farm-products only
All vendors are required to attend our pre-season meeting to cover CFM policies (found here) & expectations.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor Fees
Booth fees are collected one week in advance and are as follows:
- Farmers and Producers: $30
- All other vendors: $40
- There is a $5 discount if your business’s address is Carnation, Duvall, or Fall City.
There is also an annual $40 application fee due at the time of application submission.
Other booth types:
- Non-profits & government agencies – If you’d like to present information about your organization and engage with the public, sign up to attend CFM at the Community Spotlight Booth, free of charge! Space is limited.
- Sponsoring businesses & organizations can reserve booth space now. Sponsor benefits begin immediately and last until January 1, 2027! – Sponsor info here
